Photographer. Filmmaker. Fire performer. Motorcycle addict.

Occasionally found hanging out of moving vehicles with expensive cameras.

About Me:

- I’m a Chicago-based photographer and filmmaker with a deep curiosity for people, places, movement, and the stories that connect them. Outside of the camera world, I’m a longtime fire performer, motorcycle enthusiast, musician, traveler, and collector of experiences that are difficult to summarize neatly. I care about making work that feels thoughtful, expressive, and genuinely human.

What’s fire dancing?
- It’s a performance art combining movement, rhythm, choreography, and controlled flame. I’ve been performing professionally since 2006, which has given me nearly two decades of experience working with fire and live performance.

Do I love my job?
- Absolutely. I get to create, travel, meet fascinating people, solve unusual problems, and occasionally stand in places I probably never would have discovered otherwise. It’s a pretty great way to make a living.

Sweet ride, bro?
- I ride a 2014 Ducati Monster 1200 and a 2003 Honda CBR600 F4i. One is muscular Italian drama. The other is pure sport-bike energy. I’m quite fond of both.

Boxers or briefs?
- Boxer briefs. Some mysteries are better solved..

Causes I support?
- I believe strongly in equality, personal freedom, human dignity, reproductive rights, LGBTQIA+ rights, social justice, climate action, mental health support, and standing against fascism, discrimination, and intolerance.
